Colonial Cousins
Colonial Cousins is an Indian musical duo formed in 1992 in Mumbai, consisting
of Hariharan and Leslee Lewis. The ensemble performs Indian fusion, pop, and
rock music. Their eponymous debut studio album, Colonial Cousins, appeared in
October 1996 through Magnasound and reached platinum sales status in India. The
recording reached Number 1 on the Indian music charts and received the MTV Asia
Viewers' Choice Award and the US Billboard Viewers' Award in 1996. It featured
