Coely Mbueno, known professionally as Coely, was born on January 5, 1994, in
Antwerp, Belgium, to Congolese parents. She began her musical journey singing in
a church choir led by her mother and started rapping at 14, initially covering
Nicki Minaj in a local youth club. Coely released her debut EP RAAH The Soulful
Yeah in 2013. She gained traction with her album Different Waters in 2016, which
