Club des Belugas

Club des Belugas, a nu jazz and lounge group from Germany, was founded in 2002 in Wuppertal by Maxim Illion and Kitty the Bill. They released their debut album Caviar at 3 a.m. that same year. Subsequent albums include Minority Tunes (2003), Apricoo Soul (2006), which featured a remix of Dean Martin's "Mambo Italiano", and Swop (2008). Notable tracks include "Hip Hip Chin Chin" (2003) and "Gadda Rio" (2003), which reached the top ten in German club charts.The group has performed over 280 live concerts worldwide, including a tour of China in 2007.
