You Seongyun, also known as CITI, is a South Korean R&B singer-songwriter. He
made his debut with the single "Empty," which reflects his experiences upon
arriving in Seoul in December 2018 and relates them to romance. The following
year, he released the single "Switch," followed by "Be Your Light" (2019), "When
It Rains" (2022), and "I Got To Move" (2023), showcasing his talents. His single
"Yeonnam Street," released on June 6, 2025, entered Melon's Top 500 chart at
number 340 on June 20.
