Church Tongue
Church Tongue, originally known as Conquerors, was formed in 2015 in
Indianapolis, Indiana. The metalcore band consists of Mike Sugars on vocals,
Nicko Calderon and Chris Sawicki on guitars, Jack Sipes on bass, and Kyle
Spinell on drums. Their first release was the album Hell Is Empty, released in
December 2018 under Delayed Gratification Records. In April 2021, they released
their second EP, The Hubris of Gods Departed. The band continued to build their
discography with another EP, "You’ll Know It Was Me", released on February 14,
2025, through Pure Noise Records.
