Christophe Deschamps
Christophe Dechamps was born in Rouen, France, on December 5, 1966, and from the
age of 8 onwards, he began playing what was to become his instrument of choice:
the drums. When he arrived in Paris at the age of 17, he became a studio
musician for commercials and started playing with Bill Deraime, before Sylvie
Vartan and then Eddy Mitchell signed him up to tour with them for the first
time. After a year in the U.S. to perfect his skills at a renowned school, he
returned and toured with Véronique Sanson, Alain Souchon, Patricia Kass, Patrick
Bruel, France Gall and Laurent Voulzy. ...
