Chris Von Sneidern (born 1965) is an American power pop, soul, and R&B
singer-songwriter and producer from Syracuse, New York. Von Sneidern performed
with the band the U-Turns before moving to San Francisco in 1985. He played with
the Lost Patrol, performed as the bassist for the Sneetches, and joined Flying
Color as a guitarist in 1987. Following the 1990 breakup of Flying Color, Von
Sneidern performed with Paul Collins. Von Sneidern released his debut album,
Sight & Sound, in 1993, which featured John Wesley Harding. He released the
