Chen Yipeng, also known as E-PUNK, is a prominent mainland Chinese singer and
pioneer of the "Cantonese Chinese Style" music genre who dedicated his career to
promoting Cantonese opera culture under the mentorship of masters Liang Yurong
and Sui Xiaofeng. Since his debut in 2004, he has evolved into a celebrated
singer-songwriter, winning the "Charismatic Creative Singer Award" for his 2013
album 连城记 and continuing his cultural legacy with the 2023 release of 粤语中国风2023.
His other work includes songs like "声声慢" (2022) and"春庭雪" (2025).
