Chantal
Chantal Roeters, known professionally as Chantal, was born on July 19, 1981, in
's-Hertogenbosch, Netherlands. At age 14, she sent a fax to a Dutch call-TV
station performing "Strani Amori" by Laura Pausini, which won her a record deal
with an Austrian company. This led to her first album Bei dir in 1998 and
subsequent releases such as Herzgefühl (2001) and Weil es dich gibt (2005).
Chantal performed extensively across the Netherlands, Germany, and Austria. In
