Celvin Rotane, born Mike van der Viven in Germany, is a German disc jockey and
producer known for his contributions to electronic and house music. His
breakthrough came in the summer of 1995 with the release of "I Believe", a
single produced in collaboration with Ramon Zenker. The track, featuring its
