CDB, an Australian R&B and soul vocal harmony quartet, was formed in Melbourne
in 1991 by Andrew De Silva, Brad Pinto, Gary Pinto, and Danny Williams. The
group initially performed local gigs around Melbourne for three years before
signing with Sony in 1994. Their first single "Hook Me Up" peaked at number 11
on the Australian ARIA Charts. In March 1995, they released "Hey Girl (This Is
Our Time)", which reached number 14 in Australia and was followed by a cover
version of Earth, Wind & Fire's "Let's Groove", peaking at number 2 on the ARIA
Singles Chart and Number 1 on the New Z...
