Carol Noonan
Carol Noonan, an American singer-songwriter from Maine, started her career with
the band Knots and Crosses. The group gained a following around Boston before
disbanding due to a failed record deal. Noonan then pursued a solo career,
releasing three albums through Philo/Rounder by 1997. She was a guest essayist
on NPR's Weekend Edition and was included on one of their Driveway Moments
compilations.
