Carina Round, born in April 1979 in Italy, is a British singer and songwriter
from Wolverhampton. Round's breakthrough came in the summer of 1996 when she
performed at an acoustic club in Wolverhampton, leading to support slots with
artists like David Gray and Ryan Adams. Her debut album The First Blood Mystery
was released in 2001 via Animal Noise. In 2003, she released her second album
The Disconnection, which featured a cover designed by Anoushka Fisz. Round moved
