CanKan
Cankan, a German-based Turkish pop duo consisting of Fatih A.B.B. and Ayhan
Malik, was formed in 1998. The two musicians met while performing in a dance
group called Dance Machine. In 2000, they released their debut album Bomba Gibi.
Their breakthrough came in 2005 with the release of the singles "Yar Yar" and
"Ibret Olsun". In 2007, they released their third album Canımı Veririm - Cayır
Cayır and signed with German manager Ralph Connery. The duo gained further
attention with the release of their first German song "Respekt" (2009). Cankan
