Bruce Brubaker
Born on February 1, 1959 in Des Moines, Iowa, Bruce Brubaker is a concert
pianist, writer and artist. Brubaker originally studied at the Juilliard School
of Music in New York and then in Tanglewood. He graduated with the Medal of
Academic Merit He performed in concert with the Los Angeles Philharmonic
Orchestra and solo at the Wigmore Hall. Brubaker is best-known for his
contemporary readings of classical works and his love composers John Cage or
Philipp Glass. His albums include Glass Cage (2000) and Glass Piano (2015),
which inspired the remix album Glass Piano: Versions (2015)...
