Britta Stallmeister is a German operatic soprano. She studied voice at the
Musikhochschule Hannover with Carl-Heinz Müller and became a long-standing
member of the Oper Frankfurt from 1998 to 2015, where she made her debut as
Pamina in Mozart’s Die Zauberflöte. During her time there, she sang more than 50
roles, including Hekuba in Berlioz’s Les Troyens, as well as Woglinde in
Wagner’s Die Walküre, and appeared in several recorded Frankfurt productions.
