Brent Cobb is an American singer-songwriter born on August 1, 1986 in Americus,
Georgia, and raised in Ellaville, in a family steeped in country music and
Southern traditions. From an early age, he sang in his father's band, which
introduced him to the stage and to songwriting. As a teenager, he formed his own
band, Mile Marker 5, and began composing songs influenced by traditional
country, Southern rock, soul and gospel. In 2006, he recorded his first album,
