Merrill and singer Shannon Rubicam, formed in 1982. Initially known for their
songwriting prowess, Boy Meets Girl wrote two number one hits for Whitney
Houston: "How Will I Know" and "I Wanna Dance with Somebody (Who Loves Me)".
