Born in Santa Monica, California on July 22, 1943, Bobby Sherman was an actor
and singer who became one of the most popular teen idols of the late 1960s and
early 1970s. He began his musical career in 1962 when actor Sal Mineo wrote two
songs for him to record. Bobby Sherman eventually signed with an agent and
joined the cast of the music-based TV show Shindig! He landed a record deal with
Decca Records and released several singles in 1964 and 1965 before moving over
