Lee Ryan and Antony Costa met in 1999 at an audition for a boy band on the TV
show This Morning. They applied together, but only Lee Ryan was selected.
Remaining friends, they decided in 2000 to form a new group, Blue, with Ducan
James and Simon Webbe. They released their first single, "All Rise ", in 2001.
It was an immediate success, reaching number four in the UK charts. The
following single, "Too Close", took Blue to the top of the charts. While filming
the video for the third single, the ballad "If You Come Back", the singers
