Bloodgood was an American Christian metal ensemble formed in 1983 in Seattle.
The group was established by Michael Bloodgood and Les Carlsen. In 1985, the
band released the demo Metal Missionaries, selling more than 5,000 copies. Its
eponymous debut studio recording appeared in 1986, produced by Darrell
Mansfield. The group toured the United States and Europe, releasing the albums
Detonation (1987), Rock in a Hard Place (1988), and Out of the Darkness (1989).
After the release of All Stand Together (1991), the group disbanded in 1994. The
