Blacksmith
Blacksmith is a British record production and remixing trio from Brixton
established in 1988. The group consists of the musicians Hugh Atkins, Karl
Atkins, and Pete Trotman. They achieved professional recognition for a musical
style characterized by dance, R&B, hip hop, and pop. Their recording career
began under the stage name The Beat Lads with the song “It's You” (1988)
