Billy Parker (born July 19 1937 in Tuskegee, Oklahoma) was an American country singer, songwriter, guitarist and disc jockey who began playing guitar in local churches before signing with a regional label in the early 1970s. He released his self‑titled debut album If I Make It Through the Night in 1965, followed by From Me to You (1967), Average Man (1976), Billy Parker (1977), (Who's Gonna Sing) The Last Country Song (1982), Something Old Something New (1983), Always Country (1988) and Swingin' with Bob (1996), with the 2017 release Mandoclectic adding a contemporary touch.
