Billy Parker (born July 19 1937 in Tuskegee, Oklahoma) was an American country
singer, songwriter, guitarist and disc jockey who began playing guitar in local
churches before signing with a regional label in the early 1970s. He released
his self‑titled debut album If I Make It Through the Night in 1965, followed by
From Me to You (1967), Average Man (1976), Billy Parker (1977), (Who's Gonna
