Benoit Fromanger
Benoît Fromanger, born on May 26, 1959, in Paris, France, is a French conductor,
music educator, and flutist. He studied flute at the Conservatoire National in
Versailles under Roger Bourdin and continued his education at the Conservatoire
de Paris. His career began as the first solo flutist for the Orchestre de
l’Opéra de Paris and later the Symphonieorchester des Bayerischen Rundfunks.
Fromanger collaborated with notable conductors such as Lorin Maazel, Leonard
