Benny Dayal
Born in Abu Dhabi, United Arab Emirates on May 13, 1984, Benny Dayal is a
prolific playback singer. He has recorded more than 2000 songs in 16 different
languages including Hindi, Gujarati, Telugu. Bengalie, Kannada, Malayalam and
many others. Raised in Abu Dhabi, he attended Abu Dhabi Indian School before
earning his masters degree in journalism at Madras Christian College. He
participated in a talent competition and won a place in pop group S5, but was
ultimately discouraged by a lack of success and briefly left the music industry.
