Belong
Belong is an American experimental music duo formed in 2002 by Turk Dietrich and
Michael Jones. Their debut album, October Language (2006), was released through
Carpark Records. Their sound includes ambient styles and guitar textures,
drawing comparisons to artists including Fennesz and Tim Hecker, as well as
shoegaze groups such as My Bloody Valentine. In 2008, Belong released the EP
Tour (2006) digitally. Their second album, Common Era (2011), includes elements
of post-punk and Krautrock. The duo released the album Realistic IX (2024).
