The Bellamy Brothers is a pop / country duo formed in Dade City, Florida in
1968. Founded by brothers David (born September 16, 1950) and Howard (born Homer
Howard on February 2, 1946), the Bellamy Brothers are best known for their 1976
single “Let Your Love Flow,” which reached number 1 on the Billboard Hot 100.
Raised in a musical household – their father was in a Western swing band – the
duo learned to play several instruments including guitar, mandolin and banjo
(while David also learned how to play piano, accordion, organ, and the fiddle).
