Beginner
Beginner, known as Absolute Beginner until 2003, are the Hamburg hip-hop greats
Jan Delay, Denyo and DJ Mad, who have been making music together since the early
nineties. They started out with a larger line-up under the still English name
Absolute Beginners, until they switched to German and released their socially
critical debut EP Gotting in 1994 under the band name Absolute Beginner,
followed by their debut album Flashnizm (1996). In 1998, their hit album Bambule
saw the light of day, featuring singles such as "Rock On", "Liebes Lied",
