Beatsteaks
Although the Beatsteaks were originally a classic punk rock band, today they
have fans all over the world, from the alt and indie rock scene to the
commercial mainstream. founded in Berlin in 1995, they released their first
full-length album 48/49 just one year later. The band led by Arnim
Teutoburg-Weiß, who at this point still sings some of the lyrics in German,
dedicated themselves entirely to the English language with Launched in 1999.
