Batzorig Vaanchig, born August 3, 1977 in Zag, Bayankhongor, Mongolian People's Republic, is a throat‑singer and folk musician who gained attention with a viral video of him performing "Chinggis Khaanii Magtaal" on a mountain near Bayanhongor. In 2014, he began uploading throat‑singing performances to a streaming platform and that same year appeared as a cameo musician in the television series Marco Polo.
