A blend of indie pop and rock, formed in London, England, in 2010, Bastille
began as a solo project for singer Dan Smith, but later expanded to include
keyboardist Kyle Simmons, bassist/guitarist Will Farquarson and drummer Chris
"Woody" Wood. Their discography opens in 2011 with the first of a dozen EPs made
along the way, the self-produced Laura Palmer. It's followed by a debut album,
Bad Blood, which is released in 2013 and reaches No. 1, thanks in particular to
