Banda I Wanda

Banda i Wanda is a Polish rock band founded in Poznań in 1982 and led by vocalist Wanda Kwietniewska. Their 1984 debut album Banda i Wanda was a major success and was certified gold, featuring hits such as “Nie będę Julią” and “Hi-Fi.” Their second album, Mamy czas (1985), continued their popularity with songs including “Kochaj mnie, miły” and “Mamy czas.” The band also recorded nine songs for the television series Siedem życzeń (Seven Wishes), including its popular title song.
