Balkar Sidhu
Balkar Singh Sidhu, born on October 10, 1971, in Poohla village of Bathinda
district, Punjab, India, was a Punjabi politician and singer. He began his
musical journey as a university gold medalist in singing, learning from the
renowned Dhadi singer Gurbakhsh Singh Albela. Sidhu's albums include Peengh
Latakdi Reh Gayee (1999), Do Gallaan (2002), and Phulkari (2005). He released
the single track "Jatt Pateya Gya" in 2017.
