Baiuca
Alejandro Guillán Castaño, known artistically as Baiuca, was born in Catoira,
Spain, in 1990, and is a Spanish musician. After performing with the electronic
pop group Alex Casanova, he launched his solo career in 2017. His releases
include Solpor (2018), the EP Misturas (2019), Paisajes (2020), and Embruxo
(2021). He collaborated with artists such as Carlos Núñez and Xoel López. In
2022, he received two Independent Music Awards for best electronic recording and
best Galician album, and he performed at international festivals including WOMAD
and Sónar.
