Ayane, born on October 9 in Saitama, is a Japanese singer renowned for her work
in anime and video game theme songs. She debuted in 2004 with the single "KIZUNA
Kizuna", the opening for the anime W Wish, and soon became known for
collaborating with composer Chiyomaru Shikura on numerous singles through
5pb.Records. Over the years, Ayane has performed themes for popular titles like
Memories Off, 11eyes, STEINS;GATE, and Higurashi: When They Cry. Her 2007 single
"Nageki no Mori" broke into the Oricon Top 30, and her 2008 track "Lunatic
Tears..." won Best Theme Song at the Bishoujo ...
