Atom String Quartet was formed in 2010 in Poland as a chamber‑music ensemble
composed of four string players. The group quickly established a reputation for
virtuosic interpretations of contemporary Polish repertoire, debuting with the
live recording Fade In: Live in Radio Katowice in 2011. The next year, they
released the studio album Places, further expanding their catalog. In 2017, they
collaborated with the band Zakopower, producing the joint album Zakopower & Atom
