Asamblea Ordinaria, a Uruguayan rock group formed in 1981, initially consisted
of Marcelo Aguiar, Rubén Colman, Carlos Giráldez, Adriana Lamana, and Francisco
Rey. Their music has been characterized by its compositional depth and a
distinctive sense of humor, influenced by Uruguayan musicians from the 1978
generation. The band's debut album, A modo de comienzo, was released by
Ayuí/Tacuabé in 1986. Following the departure of Lamana and Colman, Asamblea
Ordinaria participated in the collective work Enzalada (1987), which featured
early recordings from several musicians including J...
