Art and Dotty Todd, an American husband-and-wife singing duo, were born Arthur
William Todd on March 11, 1914 in Baltimore, Maryland, and Doris Dabb on June
22, 1913 in Elizabeth, New Jersey. They met while performing at the Providence
Biltmore Hotel in Rhode Island and married in 1941. Art and Dotty Todd released
"Broken Wings" in 1953, which reached number 6 on the UK Singles Chart. In 1958,
they recorded "Chanson D'Amour", which peaked at number 6 in the US and sold
