Army of the Pharaohs
Army of the Pharaohs, an American underground hip hop collective originating
from Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, was formed in 1998 by Jedi Mind Tricks founder
Vinnie Paz. The group initially included members such as Bahamadia, Chief
Kamachi, Virtuoso, and Stoupe the Enemy of Mankind. Their debut release, "The
Five Perfect Exertions b/w War Ensemble", came out on Superegular Recordings in
1998. After a period of inactivity, Army of the Pharaohs returned with a new
roster and released their first album, The Torture Papers, in 2006 via
