Jose Ariel Jimenez Rivera, born September 1, 1966, in Manila, Philippines, is a
Filipino pop singer, songwriter, and actor. After studying architecture and
psychology in Canada, his talent was discovered by Vehnee Saturno during a
holiday in the Philippines, after which he signed with Musiko Records & BMG
Records (now Sony Music Philippines) in 1989. His self-titled debut album in
1991 produced the Number 1 single "Sana Kahit Minsan," and the album went 3×
