Aquaria is a Brazilian symphonic power metal band formed in Rio de Janeiro in
1999, with founding members Fernando Giovanetti on bass, Alberto Kury on
keyboards, and Vitor Veiga on vocals. In 2005, the band recorded Luxaeterna at
L.A. Star Studios, later mixed and mastered by Sascha Paeth. Their 2007 album
Shambala featured a bonus track with JAM Project’s Hironobu Kageyama. After a
2010 dissolution, Aquaria reformed in 2017, issuing the album Alethea in 2020.
