Annbjørg Lien, born on October 15, 1971 in Ålesund, Norway, is a Norwegian
fiddler, folk musician, and composer. She began her career at the age of 14 and
gained national prominence in 1986. Throughout the 1990s and 2000s, Lien
released several albums including Annbjørg (1989), Felefeber (1994), Prisme
(1996), Baba Yaga (1999), and Aliens Alive (2002), which showcased her unique
blend of traditional folk music with jazz and rock elements. She has
collaborated extensively with musicians from various countries, notably
