Andrew Pendlebury

Andrew Scott Pendlebury is an Australian guitarist-songwriter. He studied classical violin from the age of four before teaching himself guitar, influenced by Django Reinhardt and Jimi Hendrix. In the mid-1970s, he was a member of The Sharks and The Myriad Band. In 1977, Pendlebury joined The Sports, co-writing hits like "Who Listens to the Radio" with Stephen Cummings. After The Sports disbanded in 1981, he briefly joined The Dugites and then the Slaughtermen (1986–1988).
