Naomi Amakata (born March 23, 1970 in Tokyo) is a Japanese singer and
songwriter. She made her debut in 1996 with the single "Aitai kimi ga nai "
produced by Koji Kubo under the avex trax label. single "can'T" was released.
This song was used as the opening theme for the TV program "ASAYAN" and as a
commercial song, attracting much attention. As a member of the Komuro family,
she released a series of songs related to "ASAYAN," totaling 10 singles and 2
