Allison Charney
Allison Charney, born Allison Charney Epstein in New York City on November 14,
1967, is a Grammy-nominated American opera soprano and classical music producer.
Charney graduated from Harvard University in 1989 before earning two graduate
degrees from the Peabody Institute. Throughout her operatic career, she sang
leading soprano roles with companies including New York City Opera, Florida
Grand Opera, and Atlanta Opera, starring in productions of Madama Butterfly,
