Alex Darren Sampson, born 20 January 2004 in Atikokan, Ontario, emerged as a
Canadian pop singer‑songwriter and guitarist. He debuted with the single "Stay
Here" in November 2019 and followed with "All That We Could Have Been" in
December of the same year, quickly gaining local attention. In 2020, Sampson
released a cluster of tracks-including "Cold Shoulder," "Let There Be Light,"
