Alarum
Alarum is an Australian progressive metal band formed in Melbourne in 1992 by
founding members Matthew Racovalis, Mark A Evans, and Christian Broome, with
Luke Morris joining on vocals in 1994. The group self‑released its debut album
Fluid Motion in 1998, showcasing complex riffs and jazz‑influenced passages.
They signed with Willowtip Records and released Eventuality in 2004, followed by
a European release through Earache Records in 2005; the album received praise
