Alakrán was a heavy metal band from Argentina, founded in 1985 by Gady Pampillón
on guitar, Mario Curcio on vocals, and Marcelo B.B. Peña on drums. The band's
lineup underwent changes, with Mario Ian taking over as vocalist after the
departure of Pampillón. Alakrán gained prominence in the Argentine heavy metal
scene during the late 1980s. Their debut album Vagabundear, released in 1989,
featured notable tracks such as "Vagabundear" and "Siempre que pienso en vos".
