Aisel
Aysel Mammadova, known professionally as Aisel, was born on July 3, 1989, in
Baku, Azerbaijan. She is a singer who attended the Special Secondary Musical
School and the Azerbaijan State Conservatory. Aisel's early career included
participating in the Baku International Jazz Festival in 2005 and 2006, and the
Montreux Jazz Festival in 2009. She represented Azerbaijan in the Eurovision
Song Contest 2018 with "X My Heart", which was released on March 4, 2018. Aisel
performed the Azerbaijan national anthem at the opening of the Formula 1
