Adriana Lucía López Llorente, known professionally as Adriana Lucía, born July
6, 1982, in Santa Cruz de Lorica, Colombia, is a Colombian singer and
songwriter. She launched her music career at the age of 14 with the vallenato
album Enamórate como yo (1997), followed by Destellos de Amor (1998), Dos Rosas
(1999), Te Amaría (2000), and De Corazón a Corazón (2001). After a hiatus, she
released the album Porro Nuevo (2008), which earned a Latin Grammy Award
nomination for Best Contemporary Tropical Album, followed by Porro Hecho en
